Lisa Darby

While Jacksonville has been my home for 35 years, I grew up in Tifton, a small town in south Georgia. I completed my Associates of Science degree in Business Administration from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton. While working in Albany, Georgia, I met my Marine husband and we moved to Okinawa Japan. Upon leaving Okinawa, we moved to Jacksonville in 1989. I began my real estate career in 1990 and have assisted many families over the years with their real estate needs whether it was buying, selling, renting or property management. 

In 1993, God blessed me with the best gift He could ever give me, my daughter, Allie! She is my “precious angel” and has made my life so much fun! I was dance Mom, gymnastics Mom, T-ball Mom and soccer Mom with soccer Mom lasting her whole life! She loved playing soccer and played for Jacksonville High school, as well as, a traveling team. Those soccer weekends were so much fun! 

God blessed me even further when Allie married a fine, young Christian man named Joey and then gave me my first grandchild in 2020 and my second grandchild in 2023. Now I am blessed with my “little precious angel” Quinn and my “little hulkster” River! I am so happy to be called “Nana”!

Family is so important to me! I am so happy to have my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren and also my very dear friends, the McCormicks, who I call family! We all love spending time together whenever we can and especially at the holidays! 

I attend Catalyst Church where I lead a ladies Lifegroup on Wednesday evenings and love on some babies every Sunday morning in the infant room. I would not have accomplished anything in life without the continual guidance of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I thank Him for everything and look forward to what He has planned for me next!
